Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing occupational therapy services in a school setting, this role supports students' development and participation in educational activities through individualized therapy plans. The position is located in Conway, AR, and involves travel between schools within the district to deliver services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop personalized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Implement interventions that promote fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure integrated support for students.
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential.
