A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available on a contract basis in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP dedicated to supporting students communication development within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication disorders
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in a K-12 school environment preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
