A full-time, onsite speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school location in Metairie, Louisiana. This contract position supports school-aged students in a vibrant educational setting with a focus on early childhood through grades 6-8.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to school-aged children, addressing communication disorders and supporting language development.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation to comply with school and state guidelines.
- Deliver services following established school policies and state regulations to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Louisiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working pediatric populations in school settings is highly desirable.
