An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services within a K-12 setting. The position requires delivering telepractice speech and language services, supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), and collaborating on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students across elementary to high school levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy to students via teletherapy platforms.
- Supervise an SLPA, including adding the SLPA to licensure per Texas regulations.
- Observe therapy sessions and collect data to support IEP development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning.
- Complete a 2-hour webinar if supervision experience is limited.
- Maintain compliance with state licensure and district credentialing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
- ASHA certification preferred, especially if clinical hours are logged.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting.
- Familiarity with telepractice and virtual therapy delivery.
- Ability to complete credentialing and references documentation before district presentation.
- Knowledge of Texas licensure protocols for supervising SLPAs.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time contract position, 40 hours per week.
