Blazer Jobs is interviewing for a Full-Time School Physical Therapist in Los Alamos, New Mexico, with a contract running from ASAP through May 29, 2026. This position serves approximately 20 students across five school sites within the district, providing essential physical therapy services that enhance students functional abilities in the school environment.
Duties Include:

Perform student evaluations and functional assessments.

Design and implement individualized therapy programs to meet IEP goals.

Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and special education staff.

Support classroom adaptations, mobility training, and assistive device use.

Maintain accurate therapy notes and progress reports in compliance with district requirements.
Qualifications:

Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License required.

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Must meet all New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) standards for school employment.

Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
