Blazer Jobs is working with a New Mexico district to hire a Physical Therapist to support students across five school sites in the Los Alamos area. This role involves providing therapy and intervention for approximately 20 students, helping them access and participate in school activities safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Deliver physical therapy services based on IEP goals
Evaluate student needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with educators and families to support mobility and access
Document progress and maintain compliance records
Qualifications:
Active New Mexico PT license required
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
$40$47/hr (W2)
