Blazer Jobs is actively hiring experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based contract positions in Kansas City, MO. These roles are designed to support students with IEPs in special education settings for the 2025-2026 school year.
About the Role:
As an SLP, you will provide therapy services to students, primarily in an early childhood setting, although other caseloads may be available depending on staffing. This role does not involve evaluations, focus will be on delivering individualized therapy and supporting student progress.

Caseload: Early childhood (primarily), 5060 students, therapy only, no evaluations

Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour
Typical Job Duties:

Provide individualized speech-language therapy to students with IEPs

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Support students communication, social, and academic development
