There is a full-time contract opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kansas City, MO. Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified professionals for this school-based position serving an early childhood caseload.
To be considered, candidates must meet all requirements established by Missouri state and local regulations. Prior experience working with special education students and their families is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in young children

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each students unique goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development and progress reports

Provide early intervention strategies to enhance communication and pre-literacy skills

Support generalization of communication goals across school and home environments

Participate in school meetings and professional development activities as needed
