School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) K8 Itinerant Full-Time Leave Coverage Yuma, AZ
$45 $50+ per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications
Arizona Requirements:
Applicants must hold a current Arizona Physical Therapy License issued by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy. A degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program is required. Candidates must also meet background clearance and fingerprinting requirements to work in school-based settings. Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate K8 students to identify physical and functional needs that impact learning.

Deliver individualized PT services and interventions across multiple school sites.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.

Document services, evaluations, and progress in compliance with state and district requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student goals.
