Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual school-based services for the 20252026 academic year. This position serves students in kindergarten through 12th grade within the Keller, TX school system. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with the flexibility and engagement skills needed for online service delivery, while holding current and valid Texas SLP licensure.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy via secure teletherapy platforms, following each students Individualized Education Program (IEP)

Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to remote learning environments

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports

Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents through virtual meetings to support student success

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions online
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current Texas SLP license (required for school-based services)

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Previous school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a virtual setting
