About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary educational team to assess, plan, and deliver therapy services tailored to each students unique needs. This role focuses on improving motor skills, balance, mobility, and overall physical function to support academic engagement and daily classroom participation.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals

Deliver direct physical therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student progress

Document sessions, track progress, and maintain compliance with school and state requirements

Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary discussions
Qualifications

Active Arizona Physical Therapy License (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Familiarity with IDEA regulations and IEP documentation

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
