About the Role
The Physical Therapist will provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, focusing on improving physical performance, motor coordination, and mobility to enhance educational access and participation. You will collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support individualized goals and maximize each students success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment programs aligned with student IEPs

Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress across assigned campuses

Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure continuity of care and goal achievement

Document progress, maintain accurate records, and comply with state and district regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions
Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy License (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong understanding of IDEA regulations and IEP implementation

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35$50, based on experience and credentials.
