Speech-Language Pathologist Job Duties

Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and interventions

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines

Provide consultation and training to staff on communication strategies and assistive technology
Federal and State Requirements

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Oregon SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)

ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs encouraged to apply

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances
