Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for K12 students in Bradenton, FL for the 20252026 academic year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to supporting students speech, language, and communication development within a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and small group formats
-
Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress

Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and progress reviews

Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements

Assist in implementing preventative interventions and language development support in classroom settings

Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Florida SLP license or eligibility for licensure

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

Previous experience in school settings preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate within a team
