Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Niceville, FL. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and swallowing disorders, while collaborating with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student success.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students

Providing direct therapy services to elementary and middle school students

Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support communication goals

Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Maintaining accurate records in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements

Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
