Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to join our team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for the 20252026 school year. This K12 position offers the opportunity to work with diverse student populations across multiple school sites, helping students improve communication skills critical to their academic and social development.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
-
Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and progress reviews
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student performance
-
Supervise and mentor SLP-CFs and/or SLPA staff, as applicable (for SLP-CCCs)

Stay current with evidence-based practices and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
SLP-CCC:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC certification

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
SLP-CF:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligible for Texas licensure and completion of Clinical Fellowship

Strong desire to work in a school setting and develop clinical skills with support
