Position Details:
Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and assessments of students speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results

Provide direct speech-language therapy services in classrooms, therapy rooms, or other school settings
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate records of therapy services
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
-
Ensure compliance with all state and district guidelines for speech-language services
Requirements:
-
Valid Minnesota SLP License
-
Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Completion of a supervised clinical fellowship (CF)
-
Knowledge of IDEA and other relevant federal and state special education regulations

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
