Blazer Jobs is seeking several School Social Workers to join a school district for the 20252026 school year. This role involves supporting K12 students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth through assessments, counseling, and collaboration with teachers and families.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide intervention support to students individually and in small groups

Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop student success plans

Maintain compliance with IEP and district documentation standards
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Social Work

Active Michigan licensure through LARA

MDE Full Approval or School Social Worker Certificate required

Previous experience in a school setting preferred
