Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and apply data-driven strategies

Provide training and supervision to RBTs, paraprofessionals, and classroom staff

Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to promote positive behavioral outcomes

Track progress and adjust interventions to ensure student growth and success
Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification required

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
