Applicants must hold a current New York State Physical Therapy License issued by the Office of the Professions. Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program is required. School-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred. Candidates must complete background and fingerprint clearances.
Rochester, NY is seeking a full-time school-based Physical Therapist to serve a diverse K-22 caseload. This position offers the opportunity to positively influence students of all ages by enhancing their functional mobility, independence, and overall school success.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized PT plans for students K-22.

Provide direct and consultative therapy services on-site.

Work collaboratively with educational staff and families to support student progress.

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with school regulations.

Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering PT expertise and guidance.
