Speech-Language Pathologist Job Duties

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet student needs

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote communication skills

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided

Adhere to district, state, and federal compliance standards
Federal and State Requirements

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Active Kansas SLP license required; CCC-SLP preferred

Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
