Position Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based support to students in Lewisville, TX. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with school staff to support student success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct behavioral support to students as needed

Monitor data and adjust strategies based on progress and student needs

Collaborate with teachers, certified paraprofessionals, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations

Maintain detailed and timely documentation
Qualifications

Active BCBA certification required

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field

Previous school-based or 1:1 experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
