Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position is for a School Psychologist serving grades K-12 in a Fort Worth, TX school setting. The role is a contract assignment for the current school year, providing psychological services to support student learning and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student needs and learning challenges
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop interventions and support plans
- Support behavioral and emotional needs of students through counseling and consultation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assist with special education eligibility
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable laws and district policies
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or licensure for Texas
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological testing and assessment tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
