Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
The BCBA will be assigned to one school building, focusing on consistent student and staff support. Responsibilities include developing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing staff training. This position offers competitive compensation, recruiter guidance, and contract renewal support.
Candidates without proper education licensure cannot be considered for positions.
Requirements:
- Masters Level Degree in one of he following: School/Educational Psychology, Behavior, Special Education, or similar field
- Must hold a National BCBA Certification
- Must hold an active BCBA State Teaching License
- BACB: Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Virtual: National Certification & 2 years of school experience
