Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to join our team for the 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting students across K12 grade levels. The Social Worker will serve one school site (to be assigned) and will play a key role in providing social, emotional, and behavioral support to students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and intervention services to students.

Support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs to promote academic success.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement student support plans.

Conduct assessments and create strategies for student growth and well-being.

Connect students and families with appropriate community resources.
Requirements:

Active MSW license in Pennsylvania (required).

Experience working in a school-based setting (required).

Comfortable supporting a K12 caseload.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
