We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Atlanta, Georgia area for an immediate start through the remainder of the school year (May 22, 2026). This full-time position offers 35 hours per week at a single assigned school, providing essential occupational therapy services to students during a leave coverage. You'll have the opportunity to make a focused impact at one campus while supporting students' functional development and educational success. We offer competitive compensation starting at $45 per hour and up based on experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) Licensure required
- Experience working with students in school-based settings
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices and interventions
- Ability to conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
- Commitment to full-time employment (35 hours per week)
- Availability for immediate start through May 22, 2026
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students at one assigned school
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students' fine motor, visual motor, sensory, and functional skills development
- Provide consultation services to teachers and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Ensure continuity of services during leave coverage period
