Caseload: 1 para per class, Emotional Support Elementary Program

Location: Wilmington, DE Onsite
Your role:

Support students with emotional challenges in the classroom

Assist teachers in managing routines, transitions, and learning activities

Provide personal care and support as needed (including toileting)

Collaborate with staff and follow BCBA guidance (supervision provided)
What youll need:

Experience working in schools with students who have emotional support needs

Comfort with personal care and classroom support duties

Strong patience, empathy, and teamwork skills
