A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support multiple school sites within a K-12 setting in Saint Johns, FL. This contract position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, serving students from PreK through 12th grade. The assignment starts ASAP and runs through May 29, 2026, with varying schedules depending on the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.
- Provide coverage for maternity leave on a short-term basis (mid-March through May) at one elementary school.
- Conduct therapy sessions and document progress toward individualized goals.
- Collaborate with onsite SLP teams for continuity of care.
- Itinerant coverage involving travel between two private school campuses for weekly small group therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
- Experience working with PreK-12 student populations.
- Ability to manage caseloads and adapt to varying therapy schedules.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Availability to work onsite at assigned schools within Saint Johns, FL.
