Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized physical therapy interventions and support to a caseload of three students across multiple campuses.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement treatment plans that align with students educational goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals and strategies as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise to multidisciplinary planning.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience working with school-aged children in K-12 settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to manage a caseload and maintain detailed records.
- Familiarity with school environments and educational support services.
