Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a preschool program located in Billerica, MA. This contract position serves an elementary school setting, supporting students with moderate to severe disabilities, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) users. The caseload will grow throughout the school year, starting lighter and potentially reaching up to 30 students by the year's end.

Position Type: Contract, School Year (CSY)
Schedule: Approximately 6 hours per day, 4 days a week; possibly 30 hours per week if scheduled across 5 days
Contract End Date: 12/23/25 (with possible extension to 6/16/26 if no direct hire is secured)
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP certification required
- Experience with AAC devices and supporting students with complex learning needs
- Open to Clinical Fellows (SLP CF)
- Ability to manage caseloads with moderate to severe disabilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool students within one building
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educational staff
- Support students using AAC and address complex communication challenges
- Monitor and report progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet student goals
