Key Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia SLP license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working as a school-based SLP
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Strong skills in speech-language evaluation and intervention in educational settings
- Ability to work onsite exclusively at the designated school
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in a middle school environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in alignment with school policies
- Participate in meetings related to student educational planning and progress monitoring
