Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An educational opportunity is available for a certified Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a contracted role within a public school setting located in Raeford, NC. This position offers both full-time and part-time options and focuses on providing direct services to a diverse caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students. Candidates must hold an active North Carolina license and demonstrate the ability to supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students from pre-kindergarten through high school.
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Supervise at least one Speech Language Pathology Assistant onsite.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.
- Deliver services in person at the school site.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active NC license for Speech Language Pathology.
- Experience working with K-12 populations across various grade levels.
- Ability to supervise SLPA personnel effectively.
- Flexibility to accommodate full-time schedules (Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours weekly) or part-time availability (two days per week with flexible hours).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
