A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an elementary setting within a public school district near Saint Paul, MN. This is a full-time, long-term substitute contract position from March through June 2026, based at an intermediate school serving grades 5-8. The role involves providing speech-language services in both general and special education settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
- Conduct assessments and document student progress.
- Develop creative treatment plans addressing communication disorders within the school context.

Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Minnesota State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow seeking school-based experience.
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and school staff.
