Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experienced in VOCO teletherapy services is available to support K-12 students. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload across multiple elementary and high schools in Montgomery, Alabama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech-language services to K-12 students with communication disorders
- Manage a caseload of 50-60 students and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work flexibly across assigned schools, which may include Percy Julian High School, Wares Ferry Elementary, Bear Magnet Elementary, Dannelly Elementary, and Davis Elementary
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and professional guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLPA candidates will not be considered)
- Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience delivering teletherapy or telespeech services in an educational setting
- Familiarity with school-based speech therapy requirements and protocols
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and coordinate with school personnel

- Position is based in Montgomery, AL
- Contract duration from ASAP through May 22, 2026
- Approximately 37.5 hours per week
- Teletherapy service delivery (VOCO)
