A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide essential services across multiple school sites in Seguin, TX. This position supports students from Pre-K through 12th grade within a K-12 school setting for the current school year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate and consult with educational staff to support student development and accommodation.
- Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, providing professional input and recommendations.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess and plan appropriate interventions for students.
- Manage a caseload averaging 60-65 students across different campuses within the district.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold a current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) licensure.
- Experience working in school-based environments is preferred.
- Ability to navigate and coordinate services across multiple school sites.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to student-centered care and educational support.
