Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting in Worcester, MA. This contract role will run from January 5, 2026, through February 16, 2026, with work scheduled two days per week. The position involves managing a PreK caseload of 12 to 15 students, including some with higher needs. School-based experience is required.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure or certification in Massachusetts
- Experience working within a school environment
- Ability to manage a diverse PreK caseload, including higher needs students
- Successful completion of CORI background check and fingerprinting
- Availability for a Zoom interview as part of the screening process
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions for PreK students
- Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support students communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Adjust therapy plans based on student progress and needs
