Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support student assessments and provide valuable insights in educational settings. This role involves working directly within schools to evaluate and enhance student learning and behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret data to assist in educational planning
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and support services to students
- Monitor progress and adjust recommendations as necessary to promote student success
- Travel between school locations as required to fulfill duties
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience in school-based psychological assessment and counseling
- Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple school sites
Location:Leominster, MA local travel between schools will be necessary
