A K-12 Speech Language Pathologist position is available for a contract role in Raeford, NC, serving a school environment with a caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students. This role requires an active North Carolina SLP license and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels K-12
- Serve and support diverse caseloads including elementary, middle, and high school students
- Supervise at least one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Collaborate with educators and staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver onsite services in a school setting, with two positions available requiring in-person presence
Qualifications:
- Current and active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 populations
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseload efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and team members
- Flexibility to work onsite during regular school hours, Monday through Friday
- Ability to supervise and mentor support staff such as SLPAs
Schedule Options:
- Full-time: Approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from ASAP to May 29, 2026
- Part-time: Two days per week with flexible hours, focusing primarily on pre-kindergarten and elementary students
