A K-12 school in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position through the current school year, ending in May 2025. This role supports a diverse student population at an elementary campus and requires a fully licensed SLP with experience in school settings.
Location:
- Fort Worth, TX
- Onsite 4 days per week with 1 day available for remote work
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Typical hours: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and families to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and support school initiatives related to speech services
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license (CCC certification preferred)
- Experience working in school settings
- Ability to manage caseload independently; no support from SLPAs or CFs accepted
- Strong communication and organizational skills
