An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services to support student development and participation. This role is based in Boston, MA, and includes travel between various educational settings to provide comprehensive therapy services tailored to individual student needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and challenges
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the school environment
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with educational and therapy regulations
- Providing consultation and training to school staff to support student inclusion and participation
