Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Serving K-12 schools in Naples, FL and nearby areas, this contract position offers the opportunity to provide speech-language support to diverse student populations across multiple school sites. The role is full-time with a standard 37.5-hour workweek and may include part-time opportunities. The assignment begins in early January 2026 and continues through June 2026, fitting within the current school year calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students, including assessments and individualized interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district requirements.
- Provide supervision for Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.
- Adapt caseload and service delivery based on the needs at various school locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida teacher certification or a Florida license in speech-language pathology.
- Credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist, either fully certified (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF) status.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to working with children and multidisciplinary teams.
- Flexibility to serve multiple sites, primarily in the East Zone near Lehigh Acres, with some locations closer to Naples.
