A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support elementary-age students in an itinerant role across two schools in the Naples, FL area. This contract opportunity runs from early January through late May, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment to apply your expertise in school-based psychological services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support mental health and behavioral needs within the school community
- Serve students on-site at two elementary schools, with a flexible weekly schedule including on-site days and the possibility of remote work one day per week
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all licensing and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Department of Health School Psychologist license required
- Experience working in Florida school settings preferred
- Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to elementary-age children
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage caseload effectively across multiple schools
