A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available in Cape Coral, FL, serving elementary-aged students in an itinerant role across two schools. This contract position runs from January 5, 2026, through May 29, 2026, with a workweek of 37.5 hours.
Responsibilities include delivering psychological services to support the academic and emotional development of elementary students. The role involves a split schedule, with 2 to 3 days spent onsite at two elementary schools and the option for one work-from-home day. You will conduct evaluations, provide counseling, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to developing individual education plans (IEPs) for students as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida Department of Health (DOH) School Psychologist license is required.
- Previous experience working in Florida school settings is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage caseload effectively as an itinerant psychologist across multiple schools.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills tailored to the elementary student population.
