A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide teletherapy services within a K-12 school setting in New Orleans, LA. This contract role spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible through May 22, 2026, following the established school calendar with Monday through Friday hours, approximately 7 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
Responsibilities include delivering teletherapy to students across various grade levels, with caseload and specific school locations to be determined. The primary focus will be on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders using teletherapy platforms.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license to practice in Louisiana and current licensure in the candidates state of residence
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within school-based settings, preferably in Louisiana
- Proven proficiency in providing teletherapy services
- Successful completion of required technical screening
- Submission of one professional reference
