A K-12 educational setting in Littleton, CO is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech and language services under a contract position for the current school year (CSY). This role is ideal for candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology with experience working in school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, develop, and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with educational and state regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions to meet evolving needs
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience providing speech-language services in school settings
- Knowledge of K-12 curriculum and developmental language milestones
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students and educational staff
