A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Greer, South Carolina. This contract position spans the current school year, providing essential speech and language services to children across grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary discussions regarding student development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children from kindergarten through 12th grade
