Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a bilingual (Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist to provide vital services to school-aged children in an onsite, itinerant role within a school setting. This contract position offers the flexibility of part-time hours, ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week, allowing balance while making a meaningful impact on student communication development.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade
- Delivering individualized therapy and intervention plans based on evaluation findings
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress and communication goals
- Completing detailed, timely reports with the option to perform report writing remotely
Desired qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification/license
- Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively serve bilingual students and communicate with families
- Experience working with pediatric clients in educational or clinical settings
- Ability to manage caseload independently while maintaining strong communication within the school community
- Flexibility for itinerant travel between schools within the assigned region
