Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A bilingual (Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist is sought to provide evaluations and support for school-aged children (K-5) in an onsite, itinerant role within a school setting. This contract position offers part- or full-time hours (20-30 hours per week) with a blend of in-person student evaluations and remote report writing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
- Deliver direct speech therapy services addressing identified needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including comprehensive reports.
- Support students within an itinerant model, traveling between schools as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology certification/licensure.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings.
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to manage time efficiently between onsite evaluations and remote documentation.
