Blazer Jobs is seeking three Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide on-site counseling and support services for students in the Baltimore area. These roles focus on emotional, behavioral, and family-based interventions to help students thrive academically and socially.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling to school-age children

Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies

Support students in managing emotional and behavioral challenges

Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and district policies

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Qualifications:

Active Maryland LCSW license required

Active MD Department of Education certification required

Masters degree in Social Work required

In-person counseling experience with school-age children (school-based experience preferred)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
