Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an empathetic and motivated School Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to students, families, and staff, fostering a nurturing school environment and addressing the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of our students.

What Youll Do

Provide counseling and support to students with social, emotional, and behavioral issues.

Develop and implement intervention plans.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students needs.

Conduct assessments and provide referrals to community resources.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

What You Need

Masters in School Social Work.

MD State licensure as aLCPC OR LCSW

Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
